Any dog requiring individual excerice e.g. stud dogs, anti social breeds Day Care - all dogs All Must have own food + cage or tank (Sorry we can't accomodate these pets at Christmas/New Year) |

Holiday Period Out of Hours Surcharge for Check In /Out will be $100, as while we do live on site, just like you we don't work 24hrs a day and unfortunately some people do not respect our private time.
Casual Client Admin Fee $25 - not charged for new local clients But we reserve the right to charge this as required, e.g. first time out of town clients when we have to make multiple follow up toll calls to establish vaccinations etc. This is only charge on the first visit.

Please note:
We operate just like a motel, charges start from day one and checkout is 11am daily - no charge on check out day if collected by 11am. Pets collected after this time will be charged a half day rate for late check outs - 50% of the daily rate.
We charge a base rate for all pets staying, the difference in rates per dog size equates to the difference in dietary requirements. While some dogs may be medium in height short on leg e.g. corgi's their dietary requirements are more in line with a large dog - we know you'd rather feed your dog a little more than not enough. Likewise an entire male will generally require more than a neutered male of the same breed.

Long Stay Discount:
If you pet is staying with us for more than 30 days please enquire about our 10% long stay discount.
Arrival & Departures
When arriving please have your dog on a lead and your cat in a cage. If someone other than yourself will be collecting your pet, PLEASE leave us permission to release your pet to another person.
We are open everyday from 8 - 11am and 4-6pm
We CLOSE daily between 11am and 4pm to allow us time to care for your pets, the facilities and our own family.
The other reason we have set arrival and departure times is to reduce the 'excitement' level some dogs display with the arrival of new people, voices and dogs. To maintain a calming environment for all our guests benefit, we like to prevent from happening as much as possible.
Unless prior arrangements have been made an after hours call out charge of $25 will be added for arrivals or departures of pets outside opening hours.

Christmas, New Years, Easter and Other Major Holiday Periods
A 50% non refundable deposit is required by December 3rd on all Christmas and New Year Bookings,
A $5 daily surcharge applies for Statutory Hoildays
Holiday periods can be heavily booked well in advance, (many people book a year in advance) so please don't leave your booking till the last minute, as we may be unable to accommodate your pet.
